When you bring your bike to us, it's an opportunity for our team of professional mechanics to provide a comprehensive assessment. Before work starts your bike will undergo a thorough examination to determine the services and parts it requires.

Costs listed below cover labor only. If your bike needs any parts replaced or additional services, there may be an extra charge. However, we value transparency and will always seek your consent before proceeding with any additional costs.

Workshop is closed on Saturdays. However, you can still drop off your bike, and we'll provide you with a detailed quote on our next open day, which is Tuesday.

    - Bottom bracket cleaned, greased & crank preload reset
    - Wheel trueness checked
    - All nuts and bolts are checked and torqued

    Upon request we will provide you with a formal quote for repairs that you can submit to your insurance company if required.

    Carbon frames or component/s that have been involved in an accident may require further assessment via ultrasound performed by a professional carbon repair centre. Costs of this vary and you will be contacted to discuss this.
